Booking questions
Can I book Tye River Cabin Co. cabins directly?
Yes. Booking direct goes through us rather than a marketplace, which means you deal with the people who own and run the cabins.
Are the cabins also on Airbnb and Vrbo?
Yes. Every cabin is listed on both Airbnb and Vrbo. The same dates and the same cabins, booked through whichever you prefer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Within 14 days of check-in, the booking is non-refundable.
Who do I contact about a booking?
Call (855) 959-2665 or email tyehaus@gmail.com. The cabins are owner-run, so you are talking to the people responsible for them.
