About the cabin

Hand-drawn sketch of Sky Haus: a low A-frame with a glass front, under tall trees
Sky Haus, drawn by hand

Sky Haus sits in the fern and moss forest of Skykomish, a two-story mid-century modern A-frame with floor-to-ceiling windows. The sleeping loft has a queen bed and a daybed; downstairs there is a queen pullout sofa, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace and a Marshall stereo, with air conditioning for the summer.

It is in Timberlane Village, a private cabin community, immediately next door to Tye Haus — so the two can be booked together for a larger group. The slopes at Stevens Pass are fifteen minutes away, with rafting, fishing, mountain biking and trailheads closer than that.

Beautiful A-frame and the easy access to the river is awesome. We were driving to stevens pass every day which is super close.

Well appointed A frame surrounded by trees and a short walk to river with sand beach and picnic tables. Very responsive hosts. We spent our 2 days enjoying the hot tub and being lazy. Lovely stay.
