Tye Haus

Stevens Pass questions
How far are the cabins from Stevens Pass Ski Area?
Tye Haus and Sky Haus are both about 15 minutes by car from the Stevens Pass base area, east on US-2 from Skykomish. The Cascade Chalet in Leavenworth is about 40 minutes away, on the eastern side.
Where do you stay when skiing Stevens Pass?
Skykomish is the closest town on the west side of the pass, about 15 minutes from the base area. Tye Haus and Sky Haus are A-frame cabins there, each sleeping four, each with a hot tub.
Can you stay near Stevens Pass without driving over the pass?
Yes. Skykomish sits on the western approach, about 1.5 hours from Seattle on US-2, so you reach it without crossing the summit. Leavenworth, where The Cascade Chalet is, is on the eastern side.
Is there anything to do near Stevens Pass in summer?
The Skykomish valley is surrounded by trailheads in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Lake Serene is about a 20 minute drive from Tye Haus, and the Foss River train trestle is a few minutes up Foss River Road.
